Bananarchy
A couple of college friends sat in front of their television watching one of their favorite shows, Arrested Development, when a frozen banana stand caught their eye. A few years later, Laura Anderson and Anna Notario now own their very own frozen banana stand, Bananarchy. Operating from South Lamar Boulevard, they whip up delicious combinations of frozen bananas for everyone.“This is my main thing," Anderson said.
Bananarchy is Anderson’s only source of income. Like many of the young entrepreneurs, she hopes to expand her business and make profit while pursuing her passion.
